Bio:

Chris was one of the founders and original partner in bb. All of the recipes that appear in the bb bible were put together by him, unless otherwise noted. He was hired as a busboy at the Cave of The Candles in 1970. He worked one day on the floor and from there he went to the dishroom. He went on from there to become the finest cook I have ever known. He and his wife Beverly live in Atlanta Ga. with daughters Allison and Shawn . He is presently employed as a CPA.
