Bob Adler is from Traverse City, Mi. He learned the restaurant business at Louis Sleder's in TC and at the Hotel Jerome in Aspen, Co. He is the founding father and one of the original owners of beggar's banquet. Bob likes to sail, fish, ski, golf and talk politics while eating good food and drinking fine spirits which is why he wanted a restaurant in the first place.
