Served with rice and vegetable du jour
Whitefish:
Oven-broiled with scallion-herb butter
Pan-fried and served with remoulade sauce
Salmon:
Steamed in parchment paper with lemon and fresh herbs
Pan-seared with lemon caper butter
*Char-grilled with dilled garlic cream sauce

Poultry
Served with rice and vegetable du jour
Stuffed Chicken Breast:
Cordon Bleu, wrapped in puff pastry, topped with garlic cream sauce
Broccoli and cheddar cheese, breaded and baked
Boneless Chicken Breast:
Dusted with flour and seared with tomato, onion, red pepper
Sautéed with artichoke hearts, sun-dried tomatoes and pecans, lemon and sweet vermouth butter sauce

Beef and Chops
Served with baked or garlic mashed potatoes and vegetable du jour
Herb Roasted Prime Rib:
Served au jus with a side of creamy horseradish sauce
New York Strip Steak:
*Marinated in Labatt Blue and char-grilled to order
Topped with Madeira mushroom sauce
Beef Tenderloin:
Served Au Poivre
*Six-ounce filet mignon, char-grilled with robert and béarnaise sauces
Lamb Rack Chops:
*Seasoned with rosemary char-grilled to "just pink in the middle" medium
Roasted with Parsley-Dijon crumb

Vegetarian
Stuffed Manicotti:
Spinach, ricotta, parmesan and sautéed mushrooms, topped with herb marinara and provolone cheese
Eggplant Parmesan:
Eggplant lightly breaded, layered with provolone cheese and herb marinara

Pasta Dishes
*add a choice of sautéed shrimp or grilled chicken breast
*Grilled Vegetable Capellini:
Seasonal vegetables char-grilled and tossed in tomato buerre blanc (butter sauce) with angel hair pasta
*Fettuccine Alfredo:
Traditional parmesan, garlic and cream sauce tossed with asparagus and broccoli
*Olive Pesto:
Artichoke hearts, roasted red peppers and fresh tomatoes sautéed in olive oil then tossed with fettuccine noodles in a green olive, pine nut and roasted garlic pesto, topped with crumbled feta cheese
Baked Ziti:
Baked with parmesan cheese in our housemade marinara sauce topped with fresh basil and chevre
Ravioli:
Smoked Mozzarella pasta tossed in a roasted tomato sauce with mushrooms, asparagus and tomatoes

Salads: Cup of soup or chili included
Caesar
Romaine lettuce tossed with homemade croutons and our flavorful anchovy Caesar dressing then sprinkled with freshly grated parmesan cheese
Spinach
Fresh leaf spinach, sun-dried cherries, toasted walnuts and crumbled bleu cheese tossed with a sweet and sour poppy seed vinaigrette
Tomato and Mozzarella
Fresh "wet" mozzarella and red onion rings marinated in lemon-pepper vinaigrette and served over baby greens with fresh tomato slices
The preceding three salads may be offered with *grilled chicken breast or garlic-sautéed shrimp
*Grilled Tuna
Sashimi grade tuna grilled to medium and served over mixed baby greens with red onion, pine nuts and a lemon caper vinaigrette

Scoops of our dried cherry and walnut chicken salad, and fresh fruit over greens
Chef Salad
Mixed greens topped with turkey, ham, hard-boiled eggs, tomato and cucumber
Pasta Primavera Salad
Chilled noodles tossed with assorted veggies
 
Sandwiches: Choice of French fries or cole slaw included
Turkey or Ham Croissant
Dearborn ham or smoked turkey breast served grilled or chilled with cheddar cheese on a buttery croissant with a side of Boetje's mustard
*Grilled Chicken Club
A boneless chicken breast char-grilled and served on a Kaiser roll with cheddar cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomato and onion
Grilled Eggplant Sandwich
Marinated eggplant char-grilled and served on a Kaiser roll with roasted red bell pepper, fresh mozzarella cheese, fresh ground pepper and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
Crab Cake Sandwich
Blue crab meat blended with minced celery, onion, bread crumbs and seasonings, pan-fried and served on a grilled Kaiser roll with lettuce, tomato, onion and a side of cajun remoulade.
Roast Turkey or Beef
Open-face over white bread with homemade dressing and gravy
French Dip
Shaved prime rib served au jus on a hoagie bun
