An industry consultant once wrote in a restaurant trade magazine that he knew when a restaurant was about to go under. He maintained that when the employees quit telling "Tribal Tales" it was the death knell for that particular restaurant. As any Beggular knows, Beggar's has NEVER been at a loss in that department. Embellished or not, the tradition here has always been the "handing down" of Tribal Tales. We've been around since 1973, so the stories just kinda pile-up. We invite anyone to share their Beggar's Tale with us and have it posted here. We hope that people will respond, if they don't that means Terry Drum will get this page to himself.
